Oregon, within the boundaries of the district, an election of the Soh Bear Creek Sanitary District will be held in and for said district for the purpose of electing a Director for the term ot office from January 3. 1956. tnrougn January 6. 1959. . . At said election the auestion will be submitted to the legal voters of said district whether the Board ot Directors of the district shall be authorized to issue general obligation bonds of the district m an amount not exceeding $40,000.00 to bear in terest not exceeding per annum, payable semiannually, said bonds ma turing serially within not to exceed 25 years from issue date in su" amounts and at such times as the Board shall determine. The purpose for which the pro ceeds of the bonds will be used is the construction of trunk and lateral sanitary sewer lines to serve the in habitants of said district, said pro ceeds to be combined with the pro ceeds of the first bond issue of the district now on hand for said purpose.
