Dole President Henry A. White announced yesterday the agreements had been signed with F. M. Ball & Co., Oakland, Calif., and Paulus Bros. Packing Co., Salem, Ore. White said Dole will issue a new 5 per cent $50 cumulative voting preferred stock in connec tion with the agreements, which are subject to approval by Dole stockholders. The stockholders will vote on the agreements in November. "Our eventual aim is this di versification program," White said, "is the creation of a com plete line of canned fruits, vege tables and other products of the highest quality, nationally ad vertised and nationally distributed."
