Remains of Eugene M. Baird,
67, who died Tuesday at Camp
White, have been forwarded by
Conger-Morris funeral home to
Eugene for services and inter
ment. The deceased was born Nov. 2,
1888, in Ozark, Mo., and was a
veteran of World War I, serving
from Sept. 23, 1918, to March 17,
1919, as a private in Company
"L," 62nd Infantry.
Survivors include his wife,
Geneva, Medford, and a daugh
ter, Mrs. Gene Wiley, Eugene.
