Donohoe, an ardent fisherman. As a hobby, the suburban six grader began tying his own flies a few years ago. Then he sold some to a local sporting goods dealer. Before he realized what was happening, young Mike found himself president, general manager and chief laborer of the M. J. D. Company. In February, Mike delivered his largest single order of flies, 60 dozen, to a chain department store here. "It took me about two months . working a couple of hours each day, to finish the order," he said Mike hopes to expand his busi ness by contacts with other local sporting goods stores. He now makes more than 50 different kinds of flies, but plans to con centrate on the more popular types such as the Yellow Sally and White Miller. His best customer is his father, James Donohoe, a co-pi lot for American Airlines. "Mike and I do a lot of sum mer fishing together and we have nailed some big ones with his flies," Donohoe said. Youngster Wins State Duck Calling Title Memphis, Tenn. (U.R) Daryl Cates is only 12 but he s already a top duck caller, win ring the state title. Daryl, who started hunting when he was nine, said he can call crows as well as ducks, but ht likes best being the champ ion duck caller. "One of the nicest things about being the champion duck caller is that I get to miss school to give demonstrations, but not very often," he said. Daryl got a brand new 12 gauge pump shotgun for winning the contest. One of those he beat out in the competition was his father, Frank L. Cates. Three different calls come out of Daryl's caller the "long distance," the "close in" and the "feeding call." He won the contest with a cal ler he had borrowed from W. C. Newton, defending champion. Daryl says people in his neighborhood don't object to hi? practicing, but that some who don't know what he's doing "sometimes look at me as though I were crazy." The youngster also like to swim, fish and play football, but "most of all I like to hunt." LEGAL NOTICES No. 971 NOTICE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE STATE OF OREGON FOR JACK SON COUNTY.
