Ho Chi Minh Set To Make Debut as Spokesman for Reds : Djakarta, Indonesia (U.R) :Jfo Chi Minh, Moscow-trained .-president of Communist Nor thern Viet Nam, will make his international debut at next rmonth's Afro-Asian Conference, it was reported Saturday. -- The 29-nation conference is cheduled to open in Bandoeng April 18. Revealed la Speech News of Ho's plans to attend the conference first leaked out Friday night in a speech by In donesian Information Minister .F. L. Tobing. Tobing told mem bers of his political party the conference would be attended by 14 prime ministers and one president, Ho. A spokesman for the joint secretariat of the conference id Saturday that official noti fication of the makeup of the Northern Viet Nam delegation has not yet been received. How ever, reliable Indonesian sources eaid Indonesia already has been notified informally that Ho will lead the delegation from the world's newest Communist tate. Formidable Team Ho and Premier Chou En-Lai of Red China would constitute a formidable team of spokes men for the Communist view point at the conference. An Indonesian government spokesman denied reports that Indonesia had invited U. S. Congressman Adam Clayton Powell (D-NY) to attend the con ference. The ministry would have no objection if Powell comes but "he would be strictly on his own" and would not be consid ered an "official observer," the spokesman said. Source of First Copies of Yalta Papers Not Known Washington (U.R) Secre tary of State John Foster Dulles does not know who leaked the first copies of the Yalta Papers to the New York Times, the State department said Saturday. The Times received the docu ments about 24 hours before they were handed out to most other newsmen. The department at the same time showed the first signs of striking back at congressional, press and other critics of the leak. The department has been bombarded with demands to know who decided to give the copies to the Times first. After these demands hit a peak Friday, a reporter asked State department press officer Henry Suydam whether Dulles himself knew who had handed out the first copy of the once secret papers ahead of the gen t. m release time. "I have the answer it is no, Mr. Dulles does not," Suydam said later. Suydam would not say wheth er other persons in the State department had leaked the Yal ta Papers. Injured Skier To Move To California Hospital Santa Monica, Calif. (U.R) Skier Jill Kinmont, 20, who has been partiallv Daralvzed since she broke her back two months ago, is scheduled to ar rive at St John's hospital here next Wednesday from Salt Lake City, Utah. The daughter of Bishop, Calif., rancher Wiiliam Kin mont, was confined to Salt Lake City General hospital after the accident during the Snow Cup races there. She is regarded as one of the nation's finest wo men skiers.
