Mrs. Milton Olsen has plead ed innocent to a charge of "sub ordination of perjury" and her trial has been set for March 22 and 23 in the Benton county Circuit Court. . Meanwhile, the Benton coun ty sheriff's office is preparing to extradite Bruce D. Waterman, 37, from Arizona to face a charge of statutory rape. Mrs. Olsen, who married Wa terman in 1952, is accused by the grand jury of having com pelled her 13-year-old daughter to testify before a. grand jury last September that she had not been raped by Waterman. Wat erman had been arrested on in formation supplied by the girl and substantiated by an older daughter. However, the charge against Waterman was dismiss ed by the grand jury when the girl testified she had not been assaulted. The new charge against Wat erman Stems from an assault al legedly occurring after he was freed on the previous charge.
