L. Palin by the guardian of Lenis Thomas for alleged damages sustained in a log truck, car accident on July 7, 1953, according to court rec ords. The suit alleges that, the Thomas child , was a passenger in a car operated on the Little Applegate rd. about 12 miles above Ruch when a collision occurred with log truck. : The complaint continued that "as a proximate result of the negligence, the plaintiff cata pulted about the interior of the automobile," receiving perman ent injuries. Her husband, Robert Almore Sprecker, pleaded guilty of be ing an accessory after the fact. Federal Judge Sherill Hal- bert set sentencing of the couple for March 4. Mrs. Sprecker had told her attorney she robbed the bank without her husband's know ledge.
