Fails To Appear Gail Car riebelle Goodsell Watkins, 35, Gold Hill, failed to appear in district court yesterday and her trial was reset for Feb.' 24. Mrs. Watkins is charged with driving while under the influence of in toxicating liquor. Mrs. Watkins is free on $255' property bond, which was not forfeited by her failure to appear. Accordion Program A valen tine's day program will be fur nished by students of the Eve Prentice Accordion studio Mon day, Feb. 14, at 8 p.m., in the Camp White theater. .
