WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore by Ordinance declare its intention to construct con crete curbs and gutter, driveways, and asphaltic concrete pavement on Keene . Way Drive from Eastwood Drive to Keene Drive in the City of Medford, Oregon; and to assess the cost thereof upon each lot or part thereof adjacent to and benefited by such improvement its proportionate share of the cost of said improvement, and did fix the time and place for hearing protests against the con struction of said improvement . and the assessment of the vcost thereof, as aforesaid.
