The Utes landed the first punch Saturday night when they walloped LaSalle, 79-69, at New York to hand the NCAA cham pions, who are ranked No. 1 na tionally, their first loss in six games. Tuesday, the Redskins tangle with Kentucky, the No. 2 rank ed team, in the opening round of the University of Kentucky Invitation tournament at Lev ington, Ky. (U.R) Coach Buddy Parker apparently feels pretty confident .. his Detroit Lions will collect a record third straight National Football league championship at the Cleveland Brown's expense next Sunday. 'They're the same Browns'" Parker said after his Lions came from behind in the last minute Sunday to defeat Cleveland, 14-10,- in the league's final regular season game.
