Inadequate Wiring Systems Bring Warning by Experts vwuuu 01 uiira-moaern the appliance installations. Four kitchens and laundry rooms with of the principal causes or such inacequate wiring systems bring conauion, as outlined by ser a warning from service en gineers. Service experts assert that in adequate wiring can be found in many new houses across the country, as well as in older structures designed for an out dated way of life. They point out that there are more major appliances being used in Ameri can homes today than ever be fore in history and increasingly heavy electric loads are being thrown on household wiring sys tems. Can Reduce Performance Along with being dangerous as a possible cause of fire, inade quate wiring can reduce the op erational performance of an" oth erwise efficient appliance, caus ing dissatisfaction on the part of the homemaker. This is caused vice engineers, are: m old wir, ing in old houses which is inade quate from the standpoint of the wire size; (2) new wiring called up to carry an electrical load much greater than for which it wa3 intended, (3) not enough cir cuits to supply the lights and ap pliances already in the homp anr?
