No vember 29, 12 noon to 9 p.m. OKLAHOMA CITY, Novem ber 19 In an interview here today Mr. William Keele, inter nationally famous trichologist and president of the Keele Hair and Scalp Specialist, Inc., said: "There are 18 different scalp dis orders that cause most men and women to lose hair. Using com mon sense, a person must realize no one tonic or so-called cure-all could correct all the disorders," he explained. GUARANTEED "The Keele firm, recognizing that most people are skeptical of claims that hair can be grown on balding heads, offer a guarantee," Keele said. Once a person avails himself to the Keele treatment his skepticism immediately disap pears. To insure this, we offer this guarantee: "If you are not completely satisfied with your hair progress at the end of 30 days your money will be re turned." ..' HOPELESS CASES First the Trichologist is quick to tell hopeless cases that they cannot be helped. But the "hope less" cases are few. Only if a man is completely, shiny bald is he in this lost category. If there is fuzz no matter how light, thin, or colorless, the Keele firm can perform won ders. ' A complete private examina tion is given to determine the condition of his scalp, and cause for his hair trouble. One landed in the morgue and the other in jail. Willie Yarborough, 38, was killed. James Wilson, 52, was jailed. Police said Wilson told them Yarborough had threatened him earlier in the day. Wilson said he went to police headquarters but was .told' to come back Fri day since , offices of the city attorney . and district attorney were closed. "So I went home and got my gun," Wilson said. "I wasn't go ing to let him run me off the street. Later in the day, Wilson was at the bar in, the tavern. He said Yarborough came in "and when he reached for his gun I let him have it. The floor was littered with empty shell casings. Deputy Coroner Theodore Lucas said a preliminary examination showed three bullet holes in Yarbor- ough's body.- Police said both men were armed. '. Detectives said any formal charges against Wilson would await further investigation. Britain would withdraw troops from Germany. The story said Tito was select ed to fly to the Far East to help launch the Pacific plan because in some ways his position is similar to that. of Nehru.. Both see themselves as independents. requires 20 to 30 minutes. The Trichologist makes no charge for mis examination and no ap pointment is necesary. After the examination the person is told the required length of treatment and how much it will cost. . After Starting treatment the person makes regular reports to the Keele firm in Oklahoma City-to check the progress of the home treatment. To spread the opportunity of normal healthy hair to the thou sands who are desperately look ing for help, independent Tri- chologists are visiting various cities throughout the United States to conduct examinations and start home treatment. NO CURE ALL "We have no cure-all for slick shiny baldness," Keele empha sizes. "If there is fuzz, the root is still capable of creating hair and we can perform what seems to be a miracle. There is one thing . Keele wants to be certain every man and woman knows. If a recession appears at the temples or a spot begins to show up on the crown of the head, there is something wrong and it should be given immediate attention. - HAIR FOR LIFETIME "If" clients follow our direc tions during treatment; and after they finish the course, there is no reason why they will not have hair all the rest of their lives," Keele said. "Our firm is definitely behind this treatment, it all depends on the individual client's faithful observation of a few simple rules." HOW'S YOUR HAIR? If it worries you call Trich ologist M. Rio lamented today that her ro mance with piano idol Liberace, which has gone on the rocks, was "just a lot of publicity and I got caught right in the middle of it." The -pretty 23-year-old bru nette said the television : star gave her the cold-shoulder be cause he apparently was "em barrassed" over an intimate three-part series on their ro mance which she wrote for a Los Angeles newspaper. "It's ridiculous for people to say we were engaged,'! Miss Rio said yesterday. "We never were. It was just a lot of publi city." '- The showgirl said she couldn't 'understand why the curly-hair ed pianist should be indignant over her newspaper story be cause she showed it to him and his agent before it was published and "They didn't disapprove of it then." "The only thing we asked the newspaper to leave out was a thing they put in about my say ing, "Wow!" after Liberace kiss ed me," she said. "You know I wouldn't say anything like that." Asked what she thought about Liberace being embarrased, the dark-eyed jilted showgirl snap ped, "I'm the one who's embar rassed. I just agreed to that article because I thought it would help Lee." Meanwhile, others lent their voices to the hassel. Only the smiling pianist himself prof erred no comment. .. Miss Rio's mother, Mrs. Eddie Rio, charged -Liberace was the instigator of the publicity in the first place and ; accused him of not being a gentleman, v "Only a week before the ro mance was publicly announced," she said, "he told Joanne he loved her. He was so good to her. and now he's not being a gentle man. Mrs. Rio, who said her family has been in a turmoil ever since the affair started. . added that "Liberace was the one who start ed the romance." The showgirl's father. Eddie Rib, fumed. "If they're just look ing for publicity, I don't know why they picked on my daugh ter . I intend to get to the bottom of this!" Seymour Heller, Liberace's manager, conceded there Was nothing "basically wrong" with Miss Rio's stories, but added: "I just didn't like the intimate details . . . kissing in the dark. I cleared the articles myself, but some of it I wanted left out. 'Joanne,' I said, This will hurt Progress Told By Firms In India New Delhi (U.R) The prog ress of Indianization in foreign controlled firms in India has progressed favorably, according to the latest official figures. The only excerptions are plantation estates and jute companies. An analysis of the latest re turns shows that in the lowest salary group $62 to $100 per month virtually the entire per sonnel is Indian. The salary group from $100 to $200 per month also is now overwhelm ingly Indian, the actual percent age having risen from 56.5 in 1947 to 93.3 in 1954. These two categories no long er worry the government. It now attaches importance ,to the sal ary group of $2Q0 and above. In this case, the percentage, in respect ox tecnnical and non technical posts has risen from seven per cent in 194? to 32 per cent in 1954. India, unlike other countries. has depended upon persuasion in getting foreign-controlled com panies to hire - Indians in the higher paying jobs. Every for eign-controlled firm has to sub mit to annual report on the num ber of foreigners and number of Indians it hires. This return has proved a corrective in most cases for many foreign firm that refused to hire Indians. It is interesting to note that although the number of Indians employed has increased, the number of foreigners has stayed about the same. In, 1947, there were 6,162 Indians and 7,623 foreigners in executive positions. In 1954, the number of Indians had risen to 18,642. while the number of foreigners rose only to 7,750. . Of the 7,750 forelgnersxem- ployed in firms in India," 6,747 are British nationals.
