against two men in district court

Trail, was ' hospitalized over
night at Community hospital for
treatment of minor injuries re
ceived when his car struck a tree
about 4 p.m., Tuesday, near the
Elk Creek bridge, according to
a report of the accident. He was
taken to the hospital by Medford
Ambulance service. Young said
his car struck the tree when he
was blinded by the sun as he
was driving around a comer on
Highway 62.
