Asked whether Vinson's death
might change the President's va
cation plans, the assistant white
House press secretary. Murray
Snyder, said the summer White
House was in touch with the
Supreme Court marshal who
was arranging Vinson's funeral,
and no decision had been made
whether the late Jurist would be
given a state funeral, or whether
services would be held in Wash
ington or in Vinson's home state
of Kentucky.

tive. The only company named
was the Centuries Industries,
Inc., of California to which he
allegedly made the 4 per cent
offer.
