earn as high as $200 a week. In
some establishments the waiters

well-trained, skillfull inteW
gent waiter is worth at least
$190. How much of this should
be paid in salary, and how much
in tips, is a matter of opinion.

old. Some place offers twelve-

I have been paying nearly that
much for some Scotch which is
certainly not much over three
