Report Wrong A report to The Mail Tribune published In Thursday's issue regarding the change in residence of Mr. and Mrs. W. G. Werner, from 1840 Stewart ave., to Myrtle Creek, was erroneous. The Werners still live at the Stewart ave. ad dress. Their daughter and her husband, Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Warren, live at Myrtle Creek where they recently moved to operate the Warren studio. Sister Here Mr. and Mrs. Price M. Hennan and sons, Da vid and Charles, Albuquerque, N.M., are visiting In the valley with Mrs. Hennan's father, Dave Whittle, and Mrs. Whittle, Ash land, and her sister, Mrs. Elwood B. Being Treated Mrs. Helen Mead, a member of The Mail Tribune business office staff, is at Community hospital where she is receiving treatment for an acute sinus infection, her family reported today. She may have visitors. Give Toys Young children of the Methodist summer Bible school called at Community hos pital this morning, bringing gifts of toys and favors which they presented to the hospital for the children's department, attendants at the hospital re ported today. Obituaries GEORGE KURZ Services for George ' Hugo Kurz, 58, of Central Point, who died Thursday, will be held in Conger-Morris Chapel Monday at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be in Butte Falls cemetery. GERTRUDE SPILVER Funeral services for Mrs. Ger trude Searles Spilver, formerly of 520 South Hamilton st., who died in Salem Wednesday, will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday in Chapel Mortuary, with the Rev. D. Kirkland West, pastor of the First Presbyterian church, offic iating. Interment will be in Sis kiyou Memorial park. The deceased, daughter of Ma jor E. and Jennie Monroe Searles, was born Oct. 13, 1871, in Joliet, 111. She was married at Joliet on Sept. 9, 1891, to Henry F. W. Spilver. The couple came to Medford in 1924 where Mr. Spilver spent many years as a pharmacist before his death on Dec. 4, 1931. Mrs. Spilver was. an active and prominent member of the First Presbyter ian church, Order of Eastern Star, and a past Chaplain of the Crater Lake chapter of the Daughters of the American Rev olution. Survivors include one son, George, Boise, Ida.; one daugh ter, Mrs. Helen Hugo, Napa, Calif.; two sisters, Miss Lillian J.
