The reorganiza tion will take effect Sunday. Teaching the new men's Bible class will be Dr. Alvin Roberts. Pastor Clynton Crisman will teach the class for college age people. Two women's classes will be taught by Mrs. Carol Brood and Mrs. Minnie Edelmuth. Rev. Martin Kabele Returns Here To Give Sermon at Zion Church : The Rev. Martin G. Kabele, former Medford resident and now pastor - of the . Chicago Church of the Atonement, will preach Sunday and conduct ths service at Zion Lutheran church, West Fourth street and Oakdale avenue. Rev. and Mrs. Kabele and family are visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Alf Brewold, 2648 West Main street. Mr. Kabele is the son of the late Dr. George P. Kabele, who was pastor of the Zion church from 1931 to 1936. Seven Lutheran young people leave tomorrow to attend the senior session of the Lutheran camping program near Portland. Woman's Society Plans Study of Book About Bible The Woman's Society of Chris tian Service of the First Metho dist church, West Main and Laurel streets, has announced it is sponsoring study classes of the book "Toward Understanding the Bible," by Dr. Georgia Hark ness. Dr. Getrtrude Boyd Crane, of College of the Pacific, will be the group's special guest for the study sessions. Registrations may be made by calling the church office. The Rev. Hardwick W. Harsh man, of First Methodist church, has announced the morning serv ice from 11 to 12 a.m. Sunday will be broadcast. The sermon will be "How Big Are You?" Special musical numbers will be dedicated to shut-ins. Mrs. Jack Harris will sing: "I Walked Today Where Jesus Walked." The chancel choir and mixed quartet will also sing. Church of Christ in New Building The West Main Church of Christ has moved to its new building at 1701 West Main street, according to the Rev. Maurice Tisdel. The building is not yet com pleted, but it is usable, he said. The formal opening will be held sometime this month. The church met previously at the IOOF hall, 221 West Sixth street. Portland Quartet To Sing Saturday At Baptist Church The junior class male quartet f rlom Portland's Multnomah School of the Bible will present a musical program and gospel meeting Saturday at the First Baptist church, Fifth street and Central avenue, according to the Rev. Wolford A. Dawes. The quartet will be at the 11 a.m. services and at the Youth for Christ meeting at 8 p.m. The Rev. George W. Kehoe, a mem ber of the school's faculty, ac companies .the group. The Multnomah School of the Bible is a Christian center for training young men and women for full-time Christian work at home and abroad. Christian Church to Honor Young People Fourteen young people attend ing a church conference at Camp Grayback, near Cave Junction, will be honored during special services at First Christian church Sunday. The boys and girls will leave that afternoon to attend the con ference for one week. The week will be spent in special instruc tion and inspiration. Leaving for camp will be Dale Cooper, Jerry Conner, Frances Troxell, Janice Cameron, Myrna Schevenius, Claire McLelland, Janet Monia, Carol Walton, Bar bara Cook, Kay Young, Nancy Runyan, Billie Lou Conner, Gloria Haggard and Naida Smith. The Rev. Shelvy H. Angle myer announced his sermon would be "To All the People." The sermon topic for the evening service will be "Thy Heart's Not Right." Lawyers Announce New Partnership Formation of the partnership of Van Dyke and Dellenback for the general practice of law was announced today by Frank J. Van Dyke and John. R. Dellen back. Dellenback has been associated with Van Dyke's practice since coming to Medford a year ago, but has not previously been a partner. The firm will continue to occupy Suite 8 of the Goldy building. Dellenback came, here from Corvallis, where he taught busi ness law at Oregon State college. He served as a Navy officer dur ing World Wan II, and was edu cated at Yale university, where he was a Phi Beta Kappa, and Free Methodist Name Bible Camp Director Miss Julia Mae Weber, Ash land, will be camp director for the Crater Lake Bible camp starting Monday. Boys and girls from the Free Methodist church will attend the camp, The Rev. Robert J. Cox, Med ford, will be in charge of recre ation and will teach classes in catechism. Youth evangelist will be Forrest Bush, Seattle. The Youth Fellowship group of the Free Methodist church presented a shower Wednesday for the newly-married Mr. and Mrs. Wendell Conner. Mrs. Wen dell is the former Phyllis Reed, of Medford. Presbyterian Youths Hear Marriage Talk The newly-formed Co-ed club of the First Presbyterian church will meet at 6:30 p.m. Sunday to hear Dr. Robert Sleeter speak on "Marriage Can Be Beautiful." Young people of the post-high school age are invited. A social hour and swimming at the home of Diane and Jeanene Findley will follow the meeting. The Senior High group will meet at 6:30. Van Dyke, a native of southern Oregon, first started his law practice in Ashland, moving to Medford about, seven years ago. He has served four, terms in the state house of representatives from Jackson county, the last term as speaker. He Is member of the state board of education, and before accepting that appointment, was a member of the Oregon code revision council.
