Traffic Accident Richard A.

which collided at the intersec

streets at about 9:50 a.m. yester-
dav, according to city police.
Some damage to both vehicles
was reported. There were no in

a grass fire about 2 50 p.m. yes

South Grape street. They said it
originated from a trash fire and

Has Surgery Clifford (Chief)
McLean, athletic coach in the
Medford school system, under
went surgery this week to clear
up an old shoulder injury. He is
expected to be in the hospital
another week. McLean reported
ly suffered a "recurring disloca
tion as the result of a baseball
mishap about 12 years ago.

found dead in his cabin room

north of Ashland this morning.
He was found by a friend, Vance

Mrs. Rawstern was born June
20, 1918, in Mellette, S. D., and
resided on the Table Rock road.
