Pankey Cemetery Residents
of Sams Valley are sponsoring
a meeting Sunday afternoon.

key cemetery to form a cemetery
association to care for the his
toric cemetery in that area. It
is planned to form an organized
group that will assume responsi
bility for the care and preserva
tion of the burial ground where
many pioneer valley residents

A community dairy show spon
sored by the Rogue River Jersey
Cattle ciub will be held at Nor
man Gail's Gailand ranch, four
miles south of Gold Hill on
Highway 99, at 10 a.m. tomor
row, according to R. H. Cate Jr.,
county agent in 4-H work.
The show will be for all
breeds with members from Jack
son and Josephine counties in
vited.
Judging and showmanship
classes will be held with ribbons
going to top honor winners.

Members bringing their own
cattle are reminded of the
health requirements for such
shows, with special notice for
the necessity for a clean test for
brucellosis within 60 days prior
to the show if the animal is
