Driver Cited by Police After Two-Car Acident Donald Hartley, 1060 Shafer lane, was cited for failure to yield the right of way following an accident on Kings highway at about 1:33 p.m. Sunday, state police reported this morning. Officers said that the coupe operated by Hartley was in volved in a collision with a pick up truck driven by Mike Bozino Yovovich, 1753 Old Stage road. The pickup was thrown into an irrigation ditch by the impact, police reported. No one was injured.
