Horses & Woman A Short Women's association. That is what has been' recently organized in Great Britain. Its object is to battle for a better break for women measuring five feet three or under. Seems the pint-size females over there have considerable difficulty in getting fitted for the various nec essary articles of attire. The Short Women's association in tended to harass manufacturers to the point where no small fe male will feel she is a forgotten woman. I like the idea of this organization. The name does not appeal to me. Should be the "Lit tle Women s association ' or the "Society of Petite Women Whether or not there is a need for such an organization in this country I don't know.
