cluded $29,300,000 for Oregon

Multnomah County
Death Toll Reaches 8
Portland (U.R) Mrs. Chris
tine Hagberg, 80, of Gresham,
was listed Monday as the eighth
traffic fatality of the year in
Multnomah county outside of
Portland.
Mrs. Hagberg died in a Port
land sanitarium Sunday about
four hours after she was injured
in a two-car collision.
She was thrown "from a car
driven by her 'daughter, Mrs.
Marion Hilden Hoss, 48, also of
Gresham, when it was struck by
a vehicle driven by the Rev. John
Allen Phinney, 33.
