Confirmation Rite Slated Sunday at Lutheran Church "Youth Sunday" will be ob served Sunday in St. Peter's Lutheran church when confir mation and reception into mem bership of nine junior members and five adults will' climax the 11 a.m. service. The pastor, the Rev. Harry H. Young, will address the classes on "Loyalty to God And His Word", while the ladies trio will sing a special confirmation vocal number. Members of the junior class are Fred Corbin, Arlis Duin, Donald Frohreic,h, Robert Ge maehlich, Emmet Herrmann, Roger Hunteman, Shirley John son, Mona i-.ee winner ar.a Kon aid Wolff. Members of the adult class are Ralph Brock, Gladys Laura Drews, Gertrude Alta Herr mann, Hugh A. Huntley ana Oarland Wayne Milner. The service at 7 p.m. will be conducted by Walther leaguers and Junior leaguers, the two young people societies of the congregation. The evening serv ice will feature a roll call of all who have been confirmed in the church within the last 10 years. i The service will conclude with a candlelighting ceremony in ob servance of the 57th anniversary of the International Walther j league. Harry Hansen, pas tor of Foursquare church an nounced today that evangelistic services in charge of the Musi cal Harts from Texas will begin Tuesday, May 23, at 8 p.m. The services will continue each night through Sunday, June 4, he said. Episcopal Bishop To Conduct Rites At Medford Church The ancient and apostolic rite of confirmation and laying of hands will be administered by the Right Rev. Benjamin Dag well D.D.. bishoD of Oregon, to a large class at St. Mark's church Sunday at 11 a.m. The class, which will include adults and young people, has been in preparation since last fall and will be presented to the bishop by the Rev. George R. V. Bolster, rector of St. Mark's. Following the service the newly confirmed class will be guests of the parish at a recep tion in the "Markade," to which parents and friends of the con firmees win pe welcome.
