Sloan urged the employment officers "to make a diagnosis of physically-handicapped persons, and the abilities of such people as a means of establishing, in general, the limitations of the various types of physical dis abilities. NO CEILING CUT ON LATER AUTOS Washington, Jan. 11 (U.R) The Office of Price Administra tion has decided not to lower the ceiling prices on 1941 and 1942 cars by 30 per cent at this time, it was learned today. OPA has been considering such a price decrease because the prices of these cars rose con siderably during the war be cause of storage charges. OPA permitted a one per cent increase in the ceiling price each month for 27 months, so that storage charges alone increased the price ceiling by 27 per cent. On the other hand, OPA allowed only a four per cent reduction every six months on ceiling prices to cover depreciation.
