Who should receive the benefits of Improved
methods when industry gets back into its peace
time production stride?
Judging by their strike demands, VAXT-CIO
leaden seem to think that such benefits should go
entirely to union member,
They forget that it li important for consumers to
benefit through reduced prices or greater ralues.
This has the added advantage of increasing
volume and thus expanding job opportunities.
They jorget too that improved production
methods come largely jrom the use oj improved
machinery and tools supplied by the owners oj
the business.

The prosecution submitted evi
