after receiving an honorable dis
charge at the separation center
at Ft. Lewis. Sweet served 28
months overseas where he par

liberation ribbon and one bronze
battle star, victory medal, Amer
ican theater ribbon and the Asiatic-Pacific
theater ribbon. He is
