Gold Star M others List VFW Objective A list of gold star mothers tf residing in Medford is desired I j . by the Medford post of the Vet ' erons of Foreign Wars, it was stated yesterday. Since the list is urgently needed for mail ing to national headquarters of the order, gold star mothers or members of the family are asked to send their names, with the j names of their sons or daugh ters who died during either World War I or II, to A. Bridge and pinochle followed dessert. At bridge prizes went to Mrs. Leo Hazel, Mrs. Frank Hum phrey and Mrs. Marion O. Marks, while pinochle prizes were won by Mrs. Frank Spam er, Mrs. Harry Ecklund and Mrs. Frances Simcox. Mrs. W. Steele was also preserted a prize. Party Is Given For Young Folk Miss Shirley Foster entertain ed a group of girl friends at a slumber party Friday evening at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. W. Foster, 115 Clarke street. The young people first enjoyed an evening of ice skating and upon their return to the Foster home were served a buffet supper by the Fosters.
