Orton Wiley Dr. H. Orton Wiley, president of Pasadena college at Pasadena, Calif. Dr. Wiley, recognized nation ally as a Bible expositor, has been chosen by his own denomi nation as church theologian and has recently completed the writ ing of three volumes on syste matic theology. Dr. Wiley graduated from Medford high in 1895. He has served in the Church of the Na"z arene as pastor, editor and col lege president. He will preach in both 11 a. m. and 7:30 p. m. services Sunday at the Church of the .Nazarene, corner of 1st and Holly streets. All are invited to enjoy his messages. E VANGELiST MEET Congress for United Evansel ism, under auspices of the World Christian Fundamentals associa tion, will hold the first of a 14 day service at the First Baptist church Sunday at 3 p. m., J. Jack Paskell, national evangelist in charge of the meeting, said today. Dr. Willard H. Pope, the first j speaker, will speak on "God's Answer to fin Unbelieving World." Rev. Paskell will speak in the Sunday night service on "God's Plus Sign for Minus' Men." Chief Kiutus Tecumseh, the only chief of his tribe, will feature in all services his superb lyric tenor voice. The chief, who has sung before notable of Washington, including the pres ident and his wife, will appear in native Indian dress. Former Congressman William D. Upshaw will be one of the congress speakers during the first week. Rev. Wilmer Brown, pastor of the First Evangelical church at Salem, will have charge of all services.
