Mala - Dial 8170 SUGAR The question Is often asked "Is brown sugar as harmful to health as white sugar?" Neither is especially harmful in itself if taken in reasonable amounts. If care is not observed In its use the point which was once a rea sonable use for him is no longer so. As a notion the use of sugar Is exhorbitant. One great harm Is that in taking too much sugar, we crowd out of the diet neces sary materials. And so the body becomes deficient in certain ne cessary food elements. The brown sugar contains a larger quantity of varied food elements than does white sugar. Excessive use produces fermentation, which results In irritation. Then, If continued, we have inflama tion. We need sugar, but It should be vital. White sugar must be . burned in the body. In its burning proceste it is a drain upon- the vitality of the organ Ism. It is not in reality a real food. Of itself it Is of little con structive value to the human body. . 3-flDAY CLEANING SERVICE Acme Dry Gleaners 1728 North Riverside Phone 4263 KINSEY 4.4 Prt) THstilUi jrtm 1M PERSONAL CALENDAR Tuesday l'ftfl . m.
