You hurry to do this and hurry to do that. For many, life seems to be built round "hurry." But do you real ly think it is necessary to operate your oragnism in high gear all the time? By it are you really accomplishing that for which you hope most of all? You should realize that there are many times during the day when this hurry tension could be toned down. Every physical tension should have its alternate period of relax ation. This is a law of your physi cal organism. Physical tension, however, is not the worst. Back of this is your mental tension, tt continues the physical tension. Finally your life becomes built upon a foundation of effort, ten don, and then effortless tension. The result is taut nerves, and a ivaste of vital energy. Now, Moth er Nature undertakes to teach you a lesson. Your expression be comes drawn. These taut nerves begin to express themselves in the form of chronic indigestion, muscular twitching, an ache here, a pain there. You are now on the skids. Natural methods will help you to put on the brakes and regain your poise. Take it easy! TALKS DR. A. R. HEDGES Chiropractic b Naturopathic Physician 128 E.
