Postpone Meeting The meet ing of the Graduate Nurses' as sociation, District Four, set for Wednesday, Oct. 10, has been , postponed, officers announced to ' day. No meeting will be held until November. Cancel Club Dance No dance will be held at Camp White Thursday of this week, it was announced from Camp White to day. The orchestra which for merly played for the dances has - been disbanded, it was stated, and no dances can be held until a new orchestra can be provided. Engineer Arrives W. J. Att ridge, formerly of Coeur d'Alene, Ida., and with the Federal Bu reau of Reclamation for the past 12 years, has been assigned to this district as an engineer in the office of F. C. Hart, Bureau of Reclamation, Rogue River Valley investigation office. Att ridge will work up data on use . of the Rogue river ip irrigation. Traffic Mishaps Cars operat ed by Jim Scheffel, 2501 Lyman avenue, and Leland Clark, 2509 Lyman avenue, collided Sunday near the Clark residence causing considerable damage to Clark's auto, according to accident re ports filed with city police. A second accident occurred yester day at the Intersection of Oak dale avenue and Eighth and King streets when can driven by Archie M. Green, route 1, and Christian Sehempp, 305 Laurel street, collided causing slight damage to Schempp's car. With Mrs. More, the business man was in the city the last few days completing details for the pur chase of a home and for securing a site for a plant. At present More Is doing busi ness under the firm name of More Displays, at Santa Cruz, the firm manufacturing and pre paring articles to be used in win dow and other merchandising displays. Train Service Re-Established To San Francisco To provide fatter express and mail service between Southern Oregon and San Francisco, Southern Pacific has reestablished The SHASTA (trains 7 and 8). This train carries through baggage-mail-express car and coach to and from San Francisco, and a eafo-lounge car to Dunsmuir, where the train connects with Sotuhern Pacific KLAMATH to San Francisco. As announced a few days ago, a through Pullman will be added to this train when the ODT restriction is lifted on the use of sleeping cars In runs of 450 miles or less.
