The Highway cafe at Prospect
was burglarized again Saturday.
Several cartons of cigarettes and
around $30 in cash were stolen
The cafe's closing day is Satur
day, and as it happened the first

Mrs. Fred Svinth took her

birth of a daughter to Mr. and
Mrs. Frank S. Jantzer, Sept. 13,
at the Community hospital at
Medford. The baby weighed 7
pounds, 12 ounces, and they
have named her Faye Louise.
The Jantzera have two other
daughters and one son.
Pvt. Leo Kelley is visiting rel
atives at Prospect this week.
Pvt. Kelley was wounded in bat
tle In Europe, in February, and
was returned to the states dur
ing the early summer, being con
fined to any army hospital until
early this month.
