Bullishness largely reflected issuance of good corporation earnings reports including high er figures for DuPont, as well as a bulge in carloadings for the week ended July 14. Another factor in the better feeling was the action of Agriculture Secre tary Anderson in extending the present liquor 'holiday" for pro duction of beverage alcohol into August. Closing Dow-Jones averages: Industrial, 162 81, up 1.12; Rail. 57 72, up 0.12; Utility, 32.91, up 0.24; and 65 stocks, 62.47, up 0.34.
