FOOT MEDFORD MAIL TRIBUHB ORDINANCE NO 3883 An Ordinance providing (or a tpecial election for the City of Medford, Oregon, on tne lztn day of June. 1043. fubmitting thereat to the legal voters of aid City proposed acts of mu nicipal legislation; amending the charter of said City dv acuuiig thereto new sections thereof to be known as "Sections 72-0, 72-P, 72-Q, 72-R, 72-S. and 72T" respectively. Each thereof au thorizing the City Council to create a further bonded indebt edness for the purposes as set forth in said respective proposed charter amendments. THE CITY OF MEDFORD DOTH ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: That there be. and hereby is, called a special elec tion in and for the City of Med ford, Oregon, to be held on the 12th day of June, 1945, for the purposes of submitting thereat 10 tne legal voiers oi nam vn proposed acts of municipal legis lation, as hereinafter set forth: and said election Is hereby or dered and called to be held on the above date between the hours of 1:00 o'clock P. M. and 8:00 o'clock P. M., as provided by the Charter of said City and the State law tor regular ciew tinn. Section 2: That each of the four wards within the City of Medford are hereby deciarea to be and established as an election precinct for the purpose of said election and the following poll ing places are hereby designated as the polling places within the laid City and said precincts at which said election wm do neia Flrit Ward Roosevelt School, Queen Anne Ave., fiarnnd Ward Court House Corner Main and Oakdale Streets. Section 5: Notice of said spec ial election shall be given by tne Recorder by publication of a full copy of this Ordinance In two Issues of the Medford Mail Trib une, a newspaper of general cir culation published In the City of Medford, Oregon, the first pub lication to be not less than two weeks prior to said election and the second publication not less than ten (10) days prior to such election and by causing a full copy of this ordinance to be posted at each of the places for holding said election and at three -public places In the City of Medford not less than two weeks prior to such election.
