1 tablespoon Chopped Onion
1 cup enriched Flour
2 cups Milk
teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and Pepper
1$ cup grated American Cheese
Cook macaroni In boiling, salted water 7
minutes; drain. Arrange in -greased 2
quart casserole. Add meati mix lightly.
Melt margarine; add onion; cook until
onion is golden. Add flour; blend. Grad
ually add milk; cook until smooth and.
thick, stirring constantly. Add Worces
tershire sauce, salt and pepper. Add
cheese; stir until melted.. Pour sauce over
macaroni. Bake in moderate even (350
degrees) 20 minutes. Serves 6.
