(Ted) Cramer, 50, Oregon State College business manager since 1940, and former member of the state legislature, died unexpectedly last night. Cramer came to Corvallis five years ago from Grants Pass, where he was manager of the United States National Bank. Two years ago he secured a Theodora P. Cramer leave of absence to become dis trict loan agent for the Smaller War Plants corporation with headquarters In Portland and recently was named secretary manager of the Grants Pass Chamber of Commerce and planned to take the new post this month.
