Daniels, starting Sunday night. Describing the talks as em bodying a bit different interpre tation, Rev. MAYOR IS FIRST ON PURPLE HEART TAG SALE LIST Mayor Clarence A. Meeker yesterday bought the first tag for the annual purple heart sale carried on by Rogue Valley chapter, Military Order of the Purple Heart, and Saturday morning at 8 p. m. chapter mem bers will start an all-day sale on the streets of Medford. The mayor purchased his tag from Francis Walker, national chief of staff for the department of Oregon of the order, and chair man of the sale. Wi lker states that all pro ceeds of the sale will be used for ',ne rehabilitation cf men who have been wounded in bat tle and points out that this vast program needs the cooperation of every citizen of this country. Dewey during last year's presidential campaign has accepted an invitation to serve as an adviser to the American delegation at the San Francisco conference. Dulles last month rejected an invitation by Sen. Arthur H, Vandenberg, R., Mich., a mem ber of the U. S. delegation, to be his personal adviser.
