Visiting Husband Mrs. Isa belle Davidson, 24 Ross Court, leaves tonight for Camp Rob erts, Calif., where she will spend the week-end with her husband, John Davidson, who is stationed there. To Klamath Karl Janouch, superintendent of - the Rogue River National Forest service, and F. G. Whitney, assistant, are in Klamath Falls today on forest business. They will re turn this evening. On Furlough Pvt. Leonard Chestnut arrived home Sunday from Camp Roberts, Cal., to vis it his wife, Gladys, and their small son at 214 North Holly street. Chestnut will leave April 1 to report back to camp. e e Hera On Furlough Pvt. Ken neth E. Hood arrived in Med ford Sunday morning to spend 13 days with his wife, Alice, and their two young sons at the home of her father, Allen D. Curry, 505 Benson street. V In Klamath Falls Olive Aus tin, PhM 2c, visited her family last week during a delay en route from the naval base at Washington, D. C, to the naval air base at Klamath Falls. Miss Austin spent four daya with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. I. J Austin, 310 Laurel street. Permits To Build Alva M, Chapman, 113 East 11th street, was issued a building permit from the city superintendent's office yesterday to remodel a back porch, for the approximate cost of $200. A permit was also issued to Mrs. Lenora E. Flury, 515 West Jackson street, to re model and repair a residence. Mrs. Loeffler Returns Mrs. A. J. Loeffler has returned to Medford from California where she spent a few weeks with her husband, Dr. A. J. Loeffler, lieutenant commander in the navy. The officer has left the United States for duty at sea. Mrs. Loeffler and daughter, Miss Grace Lieffler, are residing at 404 West Fifth street. Bids To Cloie Bids on oper ation of Medford postal station No. 1 are to be closed tomorrow at 2 p. m. Postmaster Frank De Souza announced today. Mrs. Geneva Young, now operating the substation, has resigned. DeSouza states that anyone in terested may obtain further in formation and blanks from him at the postoffice building. Aerie To Meet V. A. Meagh er will speak on "Rationing" at the meeting of Crater Lake Aerie No. 9093 and auxiliary, F. O. E., to be held tomorrow at the hall, 219 West Main street, at 8 p. m.
