Purse Stolen Mrs. Arthur Lang, 260 Beatty street, report ed to police yesterday that her large handbag, containing ration books, keys and change, had been stolen while she shopped in a Medford store. . Accident Reported O. R. Tresham, Jr., Shady Cove, and Reoree William Large. Gold Hill, both logging truck drivers, were Involved In minor col lision on the Crater Lake High way near Eagle Point Tuesday according to a report on file. Both men drive for W. V. John ston. . . Keauss, 724 Crater Lake avenue, was granted a permit yesterday by the city superintendent'! office to build a garage and woodshed at Columbus and Humphrey streets at an estimated cost of $300. T. F. Lathrop of Central Point arrived home Sunday morning after 38 months' service in the southwest Pacific area. After a leave of 30 days the captain will return to his unit.
