The Youna Child and the

stances I do not know, but I have
been much impressed by the im
provement that occurs in many
cases in infants, children and
adults after a few weeks of opti
mal calcium and vitamin D feed
ing, for, remember, this Is all
nutrition.
There are some thousands of
mature adults who have experi
enced grateful relief from - leg-
cramps (tetany) at night, thanks
to an optimal calcium and vita
min D ration, and a good many
children have been relieved of
"growing pains" by eating extra
calcium and vitamin D.
From favorable reports re
ceived from readers throughout
this country and abroad it would
seem that calcium and vitamin
D taken as a supplement to the
diet lessens allergic sensitivity
in most Instances, regardless of
the form or character of allergic
manifestation. It is not a cure,
however. For quick relief of any
kind of allergic reaction or mani
festation, from hyperesthetlc rhi
nitis to migraine, I recommend
emergency use of tablets con
taining potassium chloride com
bined with ascorbic acid (vita
min C), in quickly soluble form.
One may carry a few tablets in
pocket to take, in water. In the
