tle. Lt. Mace's brother, Lt. (jg)
Robert Mace, is also on sea duty
in the Pacific at present. The
lieutenants' father is a veteran
of the last world war, having
been wounded. Both young men
have been in the navy since the
start of the war and both are
graduates - of Medford high
school and attended Oregon
State college.
