LIFESPAN
For years scientists have vari
ously estimated that the ndrmal
life of man should be from 125
to 150 years. According to rec
ords quite a' few have attaiped
to these ages with a number
having gone beyond. Some do
not want to live that long. Well,
they need not worry for they
have already placed insurmount
able obstacles In their paths. Dr.
Flora Rose, retired dean of the
department of home economics
of Cornell University tells us
that one can live to be one hun
dred and fifty years old by eat
ing right. She further says that
this one hundred and fifty year
span can be enjoyed with vigor
ous health if the proper diet is
followed. Dr. Rose gives us a
unique definition of nutrition In
the following: "Nutrition is the
key to a life in which one may
enjoy the maturity of experience
with youthful vigor." To attain
a long and useful life you mst
be obedient, to the Jaws of
Nature.
