It Is only essential food. I don't know whether It will do any victim of arthritis or rheumatlz any good All I know is that It can do no harm, for it is essential nutri tional material, not medicine. He was carrying a heavy belt of ammunition when struck by a huge wave which knocked him down and almost off the deck. He managed to grab some thing and hold on but almost had to let go before being res cued. On this same trip the whole crew got a scare when depth bombs began exploding near tho sub. They , pair off and start their strange . dance and at the same time keep snapping their bills, the noise! from which can be heard for j several hundred feet.
