J. Emerick to account for and disgorge all of the propertv they have fraudulently acquired from the defendants, F. T. Emerick and Mattie Emerick, as alleged in said complaint, and reveal the whole thereof by a proper ac counting to the court. That de fendant Aletha E. Vawter be thereby required to reconvey un to the defendant, F. T. Emerick, all the proDerty he has conveyed to her in fraud, as in said com plaint alleged and account to the court for the rents and profits thereof from the date of such ronveyance to the present time. That said defendant Aletha E. Vawter be thereby restrained and enjoined from conveying or encumbering said property or any part thereof during the pend ency of this cause. That a re ceiver be appointed by this court to take possession and control of said property and collect the rents and profits thereof and manage, control and dispose of said property as directed by the court. That plaintiffs have judg ment against the defendants for their costs and disbursements herein to be taxed. That plain tiffs have such other and further relief as to the court shall appear just and equitable. This summons is published once a week for four consecutive weeks pursuant to an order made on the 14th day of August, 1944, by Honorable H. K. Henna, Judge of said court.
