has a desk with his name plate
on It and also a private secretary
in a Kansas City office but
Moon never has sat at the desk
and has not seen the secretary
for a year. Moon was visiting
the treasury department recent
ly when a member took him to
see the bond headquarters. The
chairman says the set-up looks
pretty good, but he's too busy
to spend any time there.
