Albert Pankey received word Thursday of, the death of her half-brother, William Cox of Shasta City, Calif., and a resident of this city many yeara ago when he owned and. oper ated a grain and ' feed store. He was born near Gold Hill in the old Dardanelle district and will be remembered by old timers at the partner of George Lyman, when the two owned the Cox and Lyman mine, later known at the Sylvanite mine.
