Vaught today ruled in favor of the Fort Sill officers mess re garding 225 cases of whisky seized in an Oklahoma City raid several weeks ago, Vaught decided In favor of the Yellow Transit company, which was hauling the liquor through Oklahoma City when state offi cers made the raid. Vaught will issue an order to return the whisky for delivery to Fort Sill. He held that the shipment was in ' interstate commerce and therefore not subject to Okla homa regulations until delivered at its destination. Outstanding on the program was Paul Bunyan t humorous poem, "How Christmas Trees Were Made." Treats were served at the close. Members are reminded of the joint installation of officers with Central Point Sunday, Dec. 27. It Is hoped that every officer will attend. Lone Pine school gave an ex cellent Christmas program at Grange hall Dec. 23 for a capac ity crowd. Old Santa was a wel come visitor, having sacks of goodies for the children. Monday evening, Dec, 28, the members of the Finance commit tee are to meet at the home of Eugene Nowlin on Spring street to audit the books.
