Tonsils Removed Eleanor Mee, Emil Swan and Steve Nye ( rhad their tonsils removed at the - Osteopathic clinic today. Clayton Copsey, son of Mr. and Mrs. F. R. Copsey has returned to his home after receiving medical treatment for pneumonia. Mr. and Mrs. James Campbell's daughter, Suzanne is receiving medical treatment at the clinic. Eugeneans Visit Mr. and Mrs. R. S. Wynd arrived yesterday to visit their daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Harvie Young, 513 Beatty street. The visitors are en route home following an extended trip east during which they visited their son, who is head of the botany department of University of Illinois, at Ur ban. - Leaving Medford Mr. and i!Mrs. John Eddy of 121 King street have moved to Bremerton, Wash., to make their home and have accepted civilian employ ment in that city. Eddy was em ployed as contract and service application man for California Oregon Power company for the past five years, working at Kla math Falls and this city. Mrs. Eddy was with the West Side Cleaners. Their property on King street was purchased by Mr. and Mrs. H. H. Wheeler. USO Meeting A meeting of 11 USO volunteer men and " women is scheduled for the Elks club basement tonight fro.n 8 until 9 o'clock. Discusvm of USO program problems with Sergeant Bill McMillan and Vr gcant Ernie Jileck of Camp White present to discuss the soldier's angle is planned. Junior hostesses from the executive council will make suggestions about the girls' problems.
