Men Arrested Roy Thomas forfeited $10 bail in police court this morning on a traffic viola tion charge. Thomas and Everett Dahack were picked up by city police for racing their cars on a city street. Dahack was charged with violation of the basic rule and is to appear In court later Seeley Hall, Jr., was fined $5 in police court Saturday for failure to stop at a stop sign; William Foreman forfeited $1 bail on a charge of Improper parking and H.
