Cantonment and Eagle Point travel will turn right at the Inter section of the Midway and Wellen roadt and will continue eaitw ard to the Intersection of the Wellen road and the Crater Lake highway detour. From this point traffic will proceed north to the Crater Lake highway. The Crater Lake highway will be open only to one-way traffie southbound from that point and extending (2) to the intersection with McAndrews road (3) which connects with the Pacific highway at Medford'. city limits. From McAnd raws road south. Crater Lake highway will be open to two-way traffic. (4) Route north to Crater Lake. (J) City of Medford. (8) Southern Pacific railroad. (7) Paclfie highway extending through Medford. (8) Medford Corporation railroad. (9) Central Point (10) Rogue River. (11) Eagle Point. (12) Roxy Ann drive and Pretcott park. Directional signs will be erected to gu ide motorists and the cooperation of the public Is aiked In putting the traffic control plan Into successful operation. Benjamin D Dagwell, bishop of Oregon, was principal speaker at the lunch on and ha will remain in Med ford for a week to assist in the effort to present the urgency of the appeal before all members of the church and other public spirited citizens who may be Interested in the undertaking. It Is planned that the new building will also provide badly needed spare for an Increasing church school and youth pro (ram. - The bishop will preach at the 11 o'clock service on Sunday and ba present at the victory dinner to be held next Wednes day evening at 8 30. TYPEWRI WPB FREEZE LIST Washington, March 8 lPi An order banning sales and de liveries of new and used type writers was Issued last night and became effective today. Much of the typewriter indus try Is being converted to war work and a rationing program to conserve the existing ma chines Is expected soon. Meanwhile, the new WPB decree permits delivery of type writers on:y if they were In transit at midnight, the time the order went into effect, or If they are being delivered by one dealer or distributor to another. Those who have rented type writers must return them to the owners by April 1. Anyone who has only one used typewriter may sell it to someone else.
